2024 Price & Product Changes

Firstly, we’d like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your ongoing support and loyalty to our products and services. Your trust in us has been the driving force behind our commitment to delivering quality domain & Email services at great value.

Over the past two years, we have worked diligently to absorb various operational costs in order to maintain the pricing of our offerings. Your satisfaction has been our top priority, and we are proud to have kept our prices unchanged during this time, especially being mindful of the cost of living of living crisis we all experienced in 2023.

However, as you may be aware, the business landscape is dynamic, and we are facing further increased operating costs that are no longer sustainable to absorb.  These include increased datacenter costs, licensing costs and domain wholesale costs. After careful consideration, we find it necessary to implement a modest price increase on selected products/services.

Please understand that this decision was not made lightly, and we have done our best to minimise the impact on you, our valued customers. We remain committed to providing you with the same level of excellence and service that you have come to expect from us as well as continuing to invest heavily in hosting innovation to further enhance your experience.

The new pricing will come into effect immediately for new orders and from the 1st February 2024 for existing renewals and subscriptions.  

If your currently in your renewal period or you have an existing invoice, this won’t effect the price you pay until your next renewal after 1st February 2024. 

We believe that, despite this adjustment, our offerings continue to represent excellent value for the quality and innovation they provide.
