How does agency hosting billing work?
You only pay for the client accounts you actually provide. Volume discounts apply automatically from £3.50 down to £2.00 per account per month as your estate grows. There is no upfront minimum and no bulk resource pool to over-buy.
Are client sites isolated from each other?
Yes. Each client gets their own Webuzo account with dedicated compute (2 vCPU and 2GB RAM as standard, boostable to 4 vCPU and 4GB). A noisy or compromised site does not share a resource pool with the rest of your clients.
Can we white-label hosting and support?
Yes. Higher tiers include custom branding and white-label support options so clients stay in your brand. Team members can have their own logins without sharing a master password.
How do we migrate a portfolio of client sites?
We migrate sites for you. Raise a ticket or use the client-area tools — staging, cloning and DNS cutovers are part of the agency workflow, not an extra product.
Can we boost a single client for a campaign or WooCommerce sale?

Where are the servers, and is support in the UK?
Hardware sits in a carbon-neutral European datacentre. Spire is a UK company in Chesterfield and agency support is 100% UK-based, including priority queue and optional white-label cover.
What is your backup and refund policy?
Sites are backed up at least daily, with 14 days of daily restore points and longer weekly retention, stored off-site. A full refund is available within the first 30 days.
