Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Shared, Business, PCI and Reseller plans can move to larger packages. Agency accounts can be boosted from the Agency Centre. VPS instances can be resized or rebuilt to a larger cloud size. Our UK team can help you pick the right next step.
Is WordPress included?
Web, WordPress, Business, PCI, Agency and Reseller hosting are WordPress-ready with one-click install on Webuzo, LiteSpeed where applicable, free SSL and backups. WordPress itself is free software — hosting does not replace website maintenance. Care Plans are available separately if you want us to handle updates and content changes.
Who manages a VPS?
By default you do. Catalog VPS orders include root access and you manage the operating system and applications. Optional VPS / dedicated server management is available if you want Spire to install, configure and maintain the server. That is separate from website Care Plans.
Can you move my websites?
Yes. Migrations are free on most shared, reseller and agency plans. We can move sites, email and DNS with you. For VPS moves, we plan the migration with you based on the stack and downtime window.
What costs extra?
Hosting plan prices cover the platform features listed on each product page. Common extras include domain names, Microsoft 365, website Care Plans, and on VPS: management, Webuzo, LiteSpeed and security licences. Always check the product page and checkout for the ongoing rate — introductory offers are labelled separately where they apply.
What is the difference between Agency and Reseller Hosting?
Agency Hosting is pay-as-you-sell: you pay per client account with volume tiers and Agency Hub tools. Reseller Hosting is a fixed monthly package of Webuzo accounts (starting at 20 on Entry) that you resell under your brand. Choose Agency for flexible growth; choose Reseller when a fixed account pool fits how you sell.
