Setting up an Email client on your device

As well as using Webmail, you can configure an Email client application on your device.

This includes Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Live Mail (maill app), Mac Mail, Thunderbird or any POP3/IMAP compatible phone or tablet.

In most cases, your Email client will automatically configure itself.  When adding the account to your application, simply type your Email address and password when prompted and rest should set itself up.

If it doesn’t or you need to manually set it up please use the following steps:


  1. Login to the cPanel for the domain you want to set Email up for.
  2. Click Email Accounts under the Email tab.
  3. In the list of Email addresses, click the Connect Devices button for the Email address your setting up.
  4. Scroll down a little to the Mail Client Manual Settings section and this will provide your details.
