We work very hard to make your hosting as secure as possible. This includes keeping an eye on traffic coming in and out of our servers.
We use a Firewall which will block connections for various reasons in an attempt to keep the “Bad Guys” out! This can be for reasons such as an incorrect Email password, too many FTP connections etc.
If whilst your attempting to connect to your services you experience a 403 error or “Connection timeout” OR if you Email client stops responding, get in touch straight away and we can get you unblocked.
